The Confer Radio Talent Institute is an inaugural member of the National Radio Talent System on the campus of Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg, PA.  The Institute brings in broadcast professionals from around the state and country to teach all the sessions during this intensive 10-day summer program as the Guest Professional Faculty.

The Institute is designed to create opportunity for talented young adults who have a passion for the broadcast industry. While learning about on-air programming, writing, and an RAB Training program during their 10-days, students will be well prepared to excel in entry-level positions upon their graduation.
